I’m Paola Santiago (P.S.), and at my core, I’m a product manager. I love building products that solve real problems and create meaningful impact. Over the years, I’ve worked my way up to Director of Product Management, leading teams through the chaos of 0-to-1 product development, juggling limited resources, and balancing competing priorities. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats including data analyst, business analyst, UX/UI designer, and even interim dev lead. Because in startups, you do what it takes to get the job done.

But after hitting burnout, I took a step back to refocus and recharge. Now, I’m here to share the lessons I’ve learned and help you navigate the messy middle of product development.
